Product Description:
Vacuum freeze-drying technology, referred to as freeze-drying, also known as sublimation drying. It is applied in pharmaceuticals, biological products, chemical industry and food industry.
Main Features:
● Pre-freezing and drying are performed in-situ, reducing tedious operations during the drying process and realizing automation of the freeze-drying process
● Silicone oil is used as the circulating medium, with high temperature control accuracy, shelf temperature difference ≤1℃, and uniform drying effect
● Shelf temperature is adjustable, controllable, and suitable for exploration, pilot test and production processes
● Independently developed software operating system with intellectual property rights
● 7-inch true color touch LCD screen, real-time recording and display of cold trap temperature, sample temperature, shelf temperature and vacuum degree
● Data can be exported via USB, optional upper computer software control is available, supporting computer browsing and printing
● 32 programs can be stored, each program can be set with 40 segments, program parameters can be modified during operation, and the final drying curve can be recorded
● Cold trap temperature can be preset, and the vacuum pump will only start when the temperature is lower than the preset value, effectively protecting the vacuum pump
● Sample pre-freezing temperature is adjustable, with optional linear cooling or programmed cooling
● Square trays are not easy to deform, easy to operate and clean
● Equipped with an inflation valve, which can be used to fill dry inert gas
● The drying chamber is equipped with a high-transparency colorless transparent acrylic door, allowing clear observation of material changes during operation
