YJ-0633A Drug Viscometer

This instrument, the YJ-0633A Drug Viscometer, is manufactured in compliance with the technical requirements specified in the Viscosity Determination Method 0633 of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 Edition, and is compatible with both Ostwald and Ubbelohde viscometers. Designed specifically for viscosity testing, this instrument consists of two parts: a water bath and a controller. The constant temperature viscosity bath provides a stable temperature field and a testing platform; in addition, the instrument can also be used as a high-precision bath for other tests. The most prominent features of this instrument are: full spray painting treatment for long-term durability; double-layer cylinder structure and high-precision temperature controller for accurate temperature control.

1.Main Functional Features

1. Equipped with an intelligent LCD temperature controller, which enables rapid temperature control, fast response, small overshoot, and a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃.
2. Adopts a hard glass cylinder and an insulating outer jacket cylinder (referred to as a double cylinder), providing excellent thermal insulation and clear sample observation.
3. Features a desktop, all-in-one design, ensuring good overall integrity and convenient operation.
4. Comes with a wired timing key for timing display and control during experiments.
5. Uses an electric stirring device to ensure uniform temperature within the bath.
6. The cooler is designed separately from the main unit, preventing viscosity measurement errors caused by the vibration of the compressor during operation.
