NDJ-79A High-Speed Touch Screen Rotational Viscometer
This viscometer is an upgraded version based on the original NDJ-79 model. Its functions and performance reach or exceed the advanced level of similar foreign products. It is a digital viscometer driven by a stepper motor with high subdivision, using a microcomputer processor as the core. The rotation speed is stable and accurate, the keys are clearly marked, and it is designed with a programming system for easy operation. When the torque is below 10% or above 100%, the measured data is invalid. The RTD temperature probe can monitor and measure the viscosity temperature in real time with an accuracy of 0.1℃. The screen directly displays viscosity, rotation speed, temperature, percentage torque, and rotor number. It is equipped with a standard RS232 interface. The main control board and subdivision drive board all use surface mount technology, and the circuit design adopts the most advanced microcomputer processor currently, with a reasonable structural layout. The full range and linearity of each gear of this instrument are calibrated by special software, and its measurement performance and functions reach the advanced level of similar foreign products.
