Product Description:
Vacuum freeze-drying technology, referred to as freeze-drying, also known as sublimation drying. Applied in pharmaceuticals, biological products, chemical and food industries.

● Pre-freezing and drying are performed in situ, reducing the cumbersome operations during the drying process and achieving automation of the freeze-drying process.
● Silicone oil is used as the circulation medium, with high temperature control accuracy, shelf temperature difference ≤1℃, ensuring uniform drying effect.
● Adjustable, controllable, and explorable shelf temperature, suitable for pilot and production processes.

● Software operating system with independent intellectual property rights.

● 7-inch true color touch LCD screen, real-time recording and display of cold trap temperature, sample temperature, shelf temperature, and vacuum level.

● Data can be exported via USB, optional upper computer software control, supports computer browsing and printing.
● Can store 32 programs, each program can set 40 segments, program parameters can be modified during operation, and the final drying curve is recorded.
● Cold trap temperature can be preset, the vacuum pump starts only when the temperature is below the preset value, effectively protecting the vacuum pump.
