Edible mushrooms need to be cultivated using mushroom bags, and these bags require perforations all around during use to allow ventilation and mycelium growth. Existing perforation devices lack an automatic flipping mechanism due to structural design limitations, requiring manual flipping of the bags. This automatic flipping device for mushroom bag perforation features a rational structural design, high stability, and enables automatic flipping of the bags, effectively avoiding contamination and safety hazards caused by manual handling. The automatic flipping device for mushroom bag perforation includes a base, with a perforation chamber fixedly connected to the top of the base. The front face of the perforation chamber is equipped with a door, and the bottom of its inner cavity houses a flipping frame. The flipping frame is fixedly connected to the base, with both ends protruding outward, and a hydraulic cylinder is installed within the flipping frame. The top end of the hydraulic cylinder's output shaft is fixedly connected to a lifting platform, with flipping mechanisms on both sides of the lifting platform. The top of the perforation chamber's inner cavity is fixedly equipped with a pneumatic cylinder, whose output shaft is fixedly connected at its bottom end to a lifting frame. The bottom of the lifting frame is fixedly connected to a perforation frame, which in turn is fixedly connected to several perforation needles at its bottom.
