Inclined Plate Settler

The combined inclined plate wastewater settler is a new type of water treatment equipment developed by our company based on the shallow sedimentation theory of dispersed particles, incorporating advanced foreign multi-layer, multi-compartment, and inclined plate sedimentation technologies, and tailored to various sewage compositions and usage/discharge requirements. It is suitable for wastewater and sewage treatment projects in industries such as metallurgy, municipal engineering, machinery, chemicals, power, and building materials. It offers advantages such as high treatment efficiency, small footprint, low energy consumption, cost savings, and convenient, safe, and reliable operation and management.
The combined inclined plate settler comes in two types: countercurrent and crossflow, allowing users to choose according to different conditions. For the treatment of sewage from converter flue gas purification in steel plants, where the sewage has high suspended solids content and a wide temperature variation range, the crossflow combined inclined plate settler is ideal to eliminate the effects of density currents caused by temperature changes. If the new process, consisting of a fully automatic dry powder dosing flocculant device (electromagnetic coagulator) - inclined plate settler - spiral sludge conveyor - compressed air lift - dewatering machine, is used to treat the aforementioned sewage, the treated sewage's suspended solids content can be <30-100 ml/l, and the sludge moisture content can be <25–30%, making it an ideal water treatment process and equipment.
