Waterproof Honeycomb Activated Carbon

Honeycomb activated carbon is an environmentally friendly type of activated carbon made from coal-based or wood-based carbon powder. It is formed by extrusion through a honeycomb mold, dried, and then activated at high temperatures. It effectively reduces odors and pollutants and is mainly divided into two types: waterproof and standard.

Hongsen waterproof honeycomb activated carbon offers higher strength, a wider range of applications in waste gas adsorption, is less prone to breaking, collapsing, or spontaneous combustion, has an ignition point above 400°C, and does not dissolve in water.

Honeycomb activated carbon has a regular appearance, high permeability, low resistance, high iodine value, strong adsorption capacity, long service life, extended replacement cycles, and is easy to replace. Each cubic meter can adsorb up to 120 kilograms of waste gas, and it can be desorbed, regenerated, and reused.

Honeycomb activated carbon effectively reduces odors and pollutants, helping to meet waste gas emission standards. It is widely used in industrial waste gas treatment, catalytic combustion, VOCs treatment, paint spray booth odor removal, and other adsorption purification applications.
