　　Widely used in meat, poultry, aquatic products, beverages, candies, pastries, and other products as a flavor enhancer and flavor modifier. For example:

　　Enhancing the umami and meaty aroma of meat while masking fishy odors;

　　Boosting the fruity aroma and sweetness of beverages and ice cream, reducing the amount of sucrose used;

　　Improving the caramel and sweet notes of baked goods and extending the persistence of the flavor.

　　The usage amount is extremely low (usually 0.01-0.1g/kg), but the flavor-enhancing effect is significant.

　　Tobacco Industry

　　Used in flavor formulations for cigarettes and e-cigarettes to increase the sweetness of the smoke, mask the pungent taste of tobacco, and improve the mouthfeel.
