- Stainless steel sheet: For places with high corrosion resistance requirements, such as chemical workshops, food processing plants, etc., stainless steel sheet will be selected as the base material. Stainless steel itself has excellent acid and alkali resistance and rust resistance, and can maintain structural stability for a long time even in harsh environments. After being matched with the spraying process, it can not only improve its aesthetics, but also add an additional protective barrier to prolong its service life.
Spraying Process and Advantages
- Electrostatic powder spraying: This is a currently widely used spraying process. First, the surface of the metal base material is pretreated to remove impurities such as oil and rust. Then, the powder coating is sprayed onto the surface of the base material through an electrostatic spray gun, and the powder is uniformly attached by using the electrostatic adsorption principle. Finally, a dense coating is formed after high-temperature curing. - Dimension accuracy: There are strict standard requirements for the overall dimensions, bending angle, interface dimensions and other aspects of the vertical down bend.
