Remote automatic monitoring system for sewage treatment plants

◆ Adopts industrial SCADA + medium-sized PLC series to realize the complete automatic control system for the sewage treatment plant with more than 1000 monitoring points across the whole plant, realizing fully automatic operation of the sewage treatment plant, unattended on-site operation, and only requiring monitoring in the central control room.

◆ East China provides high-voltage power distribution cabinets, low-voltage power distribution cabinets, automatic control PLC cabinets, software and hardware of the central control upper computer, large-screen displays, instrument control boxes, plant lighting, video monitoring, cable trays, electrical construction wiring and system debugging, providing one-stop procurement and turnkey projects.

◆ The 3D animated general process flow chart and single-unit process diagram have intuitive and friendly interfaces, which will not cause aesthetic fatigue even when facing the large screen for a long time, are easy for operators to understand, and can effectively avoid human misoperations.

◆ The high-voltage background and low-voltage background are integrated into one, and relevant data monitoring can be realized in the central control room.

◆ The whole plant automation system is divided into local and remote modes. Local mode: manual mode, controlled by the manual-automatic knob on the on-site control box. In manual mode, start and stop are realized through the control box. Remote mode: controlled by the central control upper computer. The upper computer has soft manual and fully automatic control functions. Soft manual is operated manually by the duty personnel on the upper computer, and fully automatic mode means that the PLC automatically completes various control functions according to process requirements, realizing unattended operation.

◆ The platform screen is lifelike, which can enhance the corporate image, and is suitable for large enterprises that often receive superior inspections and customer visits.

◆ All data of the sewage treatment plant have report storage and report printing functions.
