I. Introduction to LQRY Thermal Oil Pumps
The LQRY air-cooled thermal oil pump adopts a self-heating cooling system, eliminating the need for water to cool the pump body. This simplifies the structure, reduces the volume, lowers operating costs, and ensures reliable performance. Therefore, it is widely used in various applications for transporting high-temperature liquids. Since thermal oil pumps are used to transport high-temperature liquids, very high requirements are placed on the corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance of the seals and bearings. Both mechanical seals and packing seals have good thermal adaptability; the mechanical seals are made of cemented carbide materials. The components of the thermal oil pumps produced by our company undergo high-temperature heat treatment, enabling long-term stable operation at high temperatures without leakage, no additional cooling system, and reliable use. These pumps are widely used in heat transfer fluid heating systems and have been applied in various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, rubber, plastics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, printing and dyeing, road construction, and food. They are mainly used to transport weakly corrosive high-temperature liquids with a temperature ≤ 370℃ and no solid particles.

The basic structural form of the LQRY air-cooled thermal oil pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered foot-supported structure. The pump has an axial inlet and a central vertically upward outlet, and is mounted on the same base as the motor. The support adopts a double-ended ball bearing structure, with the front end lubricated by oil and the rear end lubricated by grease. A guide oil pipe is installed in the middle to monitor the sealing status and recover thermal oil at any time. The self-heating cooling structure replaces the traditional water-cooled structure, resulting in a simple structure, small volume, low operating cost, good performance, and reliable use. It combines packing seals and mechanical seals: the packing seals use high-temperature-resistant packing with good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seals are made of cemented carbide with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, ensuring sealing performance at high temperatures. The third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (abbreviated as PTFE) is used as a lip seal, improving both sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
