Product Introduction:

  Under the action of centrifugal force generated by a high-speed, high-rotation rotor, the stainless steel high-pressure vacuum double-layer mixing tank throws materials radially into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor. Meanwhile, the materials are subjected to centrifugal extrusion, impact, and other forces, enabling dispersion, mixing, and emulsification. This machine features a compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy operation, low noise, and stable operation. Its key characteristic is that it does not grind media during the production process, integrating high-speed shearing, dispersion, homogenization, mixing, and crushing into one unit. The emulsification tank is widely used in various industries to mix and emulsify materials, improving production efficiency and material quality.

The dispersion and mixing system designed for complex working conditions is equipped with a stirring system, homogenization system, heating system, vacuum pressure system, temperature and pressure sensing system, and online detection system. It can be used for researching and producing creams, chemical synthesis reactions, and high-viscosity material mixing. Both experimental and production models are available, and personalized customization is also provided.

Working Principle:

The batch-type vacuum emulsifier operates under vacuum conditions, using a high-shear emulsifier to rapidly and uniformly distribute one or more phases into another continuous phase. It leverages the strong kinetic energy from mechanical force to subject materials to hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shears per minute in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. Through combined effects such as centrifugal extrusion, impact, tearing, and high-frequency circulation, the materials are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantly, resulting in high-quality products that are bubble-free, fine, and stable.

1》Soft seal between the mechanical seal and the kettle body allows materials to operate under vacuum.　　

2》The kettle body can be heated electrically, by steam, or via oil-water circulation.

3》The temperature detection device on the kettle body ensures controllable temperature, and the coil in the jacket enables cooling.

4》The inner wall of the kettle body is precision-machined by a large vertical lathe, ensuring that the movable scraper scrapes off materials from the inner wall and bottom of the kettle during rotation.　

5》Another set of high-speed dispersers in the kettle subjects various materials to intense shearing, dispersion, and mixing.　　

6》The rotation speeds of both the stirring paddle and the high-speed disperser in the kettle are controlled by frequency conversion, allowing different speeds to be selected according to different processes and viscosities.

Equipment Parameters:

Consists of a tank body, stirring device, and batch-type high-shear emulsifier. The slow-speed stirrer is composed of a middle folded-blade paddle stirrer and a frame-type stirrer capable of mixing high-viscosity materials. Scrapers for wall cleaning are installed around the frame-type stirrer, whose function is to continuously create new interfaces between the inner wall of the container and the materials, leaving no dead corners. The high-speed homogenizing emulsifier is composed of a high-speed rotating impeller and a stator with radial guide grooves. The specially designed upper and lower blades of the impeller rotate at high speed, sucking materials from the upper and lower parts of the impeller at high pressure, and then ejecting them at high speed via centrifugal force. Due to the small gap between the impeller and the stator, the materials undergo a series of complex physical reactions such as intense shearing, extrusion, mixing, spraying, and high-frequency oscillation during suction and ejection, fully emulsifying the mixed materials. Since the slow-speed stirring rotates in the same direction and reversely continuously, the materials in the entire container eventually circulate from top to bottom for mixing, dispersion, homogenization, and emulsification.
