I. Introduction:
The STB adjustable constant-temperature steam trap is a new product in the thermostatic type. The temperature-sensing element inside the valve is filled with a temperature-sensing substance composed of a temperature-sensing agent, a saturating agent, a stabilizer, and a filler. By utilizing its thermal expansion and contraction and state changes with temperature, the valve automatically opens or closes, thereby achieving the purpose of blocking steam and draining condensate. Selecting the appropriate size determines the temperature range for condensate discharge, and then within this range, adjustment can be made using the adjusting screw according to specific requirements. It is an ideal choice for steam equipment, heating pipelines, and small heat exchanger pipelines in industries such as petroleum, chemical, paper, pharmaceutical, and food processing.
II. Structural Features:
1. This valve adopts the principle of thermal expansion and contraction of the temperature-sensing element to control the opening and closing.
2. It has sensitive operation, constant drainage temperature, is not affected by pressure, and has good energy-saving effect.
3. It can drain condensate continuously, operates without noise, features a compact and lightweight design, is easy to install, and can be installed at any angle.
4. It can automatically discharge air, has no air lock phenomenon, and the drainage temperature is adjustable.
