I. Introduction:
The STC adjustable thermostatic steam trap is a new product of the thermostatic type. The temperature-sensing element inside the valve is filled with a temperature-sensing mixture composed of a temperature-sensing agent, a saturant, a stabilizer and a filler. By utilizing the thermal expansion and contraction and state change of this mixture with temperature, the valve can automatically close or open, thereby achieving the purpose of blocking steam and draining water. The temperature-sensing element inside the STC adjustable thermostatic steam trap is filled with a temperature-sensing mixture composed of a temperature-sensing agent, a saturant, a stabilizer and a filler. II. Structural Features:
1. This valve adopts the principle of thermal expansion and contraction of the temperature-sensing element to control the opening and closing.
2. Sensitive action, constant drainage temperature, not affected by pressure, good energy-saving effect.
3. Capable of continuous drainage, no noise, lightweight design, easy installation, and can be installed at any angle.
4. Can automatically exhaust air, no air lock phenomenon, and can adjust the drainage temperature.
