Compared with traditional powdered MgO,
Actmix® MgO-75GE F140 has the following advantages:
All raw material MgO with particle size of 63µm has been screened, and no dust will be generated when processed into masterbatch, which improves the production environment;
As MgO-75 masterbatch uses rubber carrier for pre-dispersion and vacuum packaging, it prevents magnesium oxide from absorbing moisture, effectively ensuring the activity of MgO;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at relatively low temperatures such as 50℃, which improves the dispersion quality of MgO in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, contains no impurities, will not clog the screen during extrusion products production, reduces the reject rate and improves production efficiency;
It has good compatibility with different rubbers.

Note: G stands for granule, P stands for flake,
E stands for using EPDM as carrier, N stands for using NBR as carrier,
S stands for using SBR as carrier, A stands for using ACM as carrier,
EO stands for using ECO as carrier, F140 stands for the filtration micron number of the filter screen.
