The explosion vent panel responds to rapid increases in deflagration pressure, opening immediately to reduce pressure. When the expanding fireball passes through the open vent panel, it is intercepted by the flame extinguishing module. The precision stainless steel mesh, supported by a frame, acts as a three-dimensional flame trap, extinguishing the flame and preventing propagation, thereby avoiding secondary or multiple explosions. The flame extinguishing module eliminates deflagration flames, reduces hot gas temperature, and captures both burning and unburned dust passing through the open vent panel.Simultaneously, pressure waves or noise generated by production equipment are significantly reduced.
