Product Description: Overview:The DRB-3 series three-stage (or multi-stage) in-line high-shear emulsifier is a high-efficiency emulsifier designed for continuous production or circulation processing of fine materials. The motor drives the rotor to operate at high speed, using mechanical external force to narrow the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials, uniformly distributing one phase into another or multiple phases, achieving refined homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification effects, thereby forming a stable emulsion state. The equipment can be equipped with a feed pump at the front stage, providing certain applicability for medium to high viscosity materials. The equipment features low noise, stable operation, no dead corners, and subjects the material to overall dispersion and shearing. It has short-distance, low-head conveying capabilities.Principle:The equipment adopts a horizontal structure. In the elongated working chamber, three sets of rotor-stators are installed, which are paired and coupled with high precision. The main shaft, driven by the motor, operates at high speed, creating a vacuum in the rotor-stator chamber. The material is sucked into the chamber from the inlet, and the powerful kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate extremely high linear speed. The material undergoes intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing in the gap between the rotor and stator before being ejected. Under the action of various directional forces, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet.
