The first stage is a rigid polyurethane cleaner, the second stage is a polyurethane cleaner, and the third stage is a water-removing scraper. The scraper is connected to the height fine-tuning unit via keyway anti-rotation and bolt fastening. A single scraper is designed to be 120mm wide, with the blade head made of tungsten carbide material, ensuring excellent cleaning efficiency and wear resistance. The scrapers are arranged in a staggered pattern front and back, and each scraper is equipped with an independent rubber torsion spring with high-speed dynamic buffering performance.
