Today is the second day of the exam. It feels like everything has two extremes. Actually, we just overthink things. Those who know the material will definitely find it not difficult. Those who don't will definitely find it hard. This has a lot to do with people's psychology. Just do your best. Keeping a good mindset is the biggest gain. Just being able to take the exam is actually a victory. Sometimes don't care about the process. With a high academic degree, your level of cognition will also be improved.
The product we need to understand is YS8024 three-phase asynchronous motor. This is a commonly used electromechanical product. It has various installation methods, and consumers can install and use it according to actual needs. This is a 1400 rpm, 380v motor. Customers should choose according to their own requirements, as well as the installation dimensions. If you encounter problems during selection, you can communicate with us. We will wholeheartedly provide you with thoughtful and efficient services.
General Instructions
1. Applicable to YE3 series (H80-355) general-purpose three-phase asynchronous motors and their derivative products.
2. The installation methods are IMB3, IMBS, IMB35, IMV1, etc.
3. The cooling method generally adopts IC411.
4. Rotation direction
5. A direction indication plate is nailed on the end cover of the shaft extension. The motor should rotate in the direction indicated by the plate, and reverse rotation is not allowed.
6. For motors without a direction indication plate, connect the wires according to the U, V, W phase sequence. Looking from the shaft extension end of the motor, the rotation direction is clockwise. The motor is allowed to rotate counterclockwise, but it must be reversed after the motor stops, and reverse power braking is not allowed.
Structure Description
1. Frame: The frame is a fully enclosed cast iron part with heat dissipation ribs on the surface.
Stator
1. The stator core is laminated with 0.5mm thick high-quality low-loss silicon steel sheets. After lamination, the silicon steel sheets are welded with locking pieces to the end pressure rings to fasten the core.
2. The stator coils are randomly wound coils, embedded into the slots and fixed with slot wedges. After being impregnated with varnish, the stator core and stator coils become an integral whole.
Rotor: The rotor core is laminated with 0.5mm thick high-quality low-loss silicon steel sheets and then cast with aluminum. The material of the rotor bars is high-quality aluminum.
This type of rotor runs reliably and has good starting performance, allowing full-voltage starting.
End cover and shaft cap
Both the motor's end covers and shaft caps are sealed, which can prevent lubricating grease from leaking into the motor and damaging the coil insulation, as well as water and dust from entering the motor.
Transportation
1.YS8024 three-phase asynchronous motor is packaged by the manufacturer before shipment. Do not unpack the case during transportation, because unpacked motors are extremely easy to damage during transportation.
2. During packing and transportation, the motor must be firmly fixed on the wooden beams at the bottom of the box. The inside of the packaging box should be lined with moisture-proof paper, asphalt felt and other padding. When packing tropical wet type motors, moisture-proof agents should also be placed.
3. Prevent the motor from tipping over during transportation to avoid damage to the motor.
4. Generally, the motor should be transported after being fully assembled, and should not be transported in a disassembled state, because the motor has been inspected, tested and packed before leaving the factory at the manufacturing plant.
Storage
1. If the motor is not installed immediately after arriving at the site, the box should be opened to remove dust and dirt, wipe the surface of the shaft extension clean, remove the temporary coating originally applied, surface moisture and possible surface rust stains. If you wipe off the oil stains with gasoline and there are still rust stains, you can use 000 fine sandpaper with oil to gently polish them, and then re-coat the surface with anti-rust oil or temporary sealing material.
2. During storage, the rotor should be rotated regularly.
3. For used motors that are to be stopped and stored, the motor must be completely disassembled and cleaned. After cleaning the bearings, replace them with new lubricating grease (except for fully sealed bearings).
4. The motors that have been inspected and cleaned must be placed in packaging boxes for storage. The packing location should be clean, free of excessive dust, salt spray, corrosive and hazardous gases. The location where the motor is inspected and cleaned should also meet these requirements to avoid damaging the insulation and exposed conductive parts.
5. The inlet of the junction box should be sealed during storage to prevent small animals from entering the interior.
6. The stored motors should be inspected once every six months, check whether the temporary coating has deteriorated, and whether small animals have entered the packaging box or the motor interior, so as to improve the storage conditions in time.
The storage location should meet the following requirements to avoid damaging the motor.
1. Termites, salt spray, corrosive gases, hazardous gases and excessive dust are not allowed.
2. The ambient temperature should be kept above +3℃ at all times.
3. The ambient relative humidity should not exceed 70%, but for TH type motors, the relative humidity can be up to 95%.
4. The storage location should be well ventilated, but outdoor storage is not allowed. This also applies to outdoor-type motors (including open-air ones).
Power Supply
1.YS8024 three-phase asynchronous motor should generally operate at the rated voltage specified on the nameplate. If the deviation between the power supply voltage and the rated value exceeds ±5%, the motor should stop operating. Momentary overvoltage or undervoltage operation of the motor is allowed, but the deviation from the rated value must not exceed ±10%.
2. The motor should generally operate at the rated frequency specified on the nameplate. If the deviation between the power supply frequency and the rated value exceeds ±1%, the motor should stop operating. Momentary high-frequency or low-frequency operation of the motor is allowed, but the deviation from the rated value must not exceed ±3%.
3. The waveform of the power supply voltage and current should at least meet the requirements of an actual sine waveform.
Starting Time, Times and Current
1.YS8024 three-phase asynchronous motor starts to rotate and reaches the rated speed after being applied with the rated voltage. The time required to reach the rated speed is related to the torque generated by the motor during starting, the load resistance torque on the shaft, and the moment of inertia of the rotating body (i.e. the rotor and the driven mechanism).
2. Under normal circumstances, to extend the service life of the motor, the maximum number of consecutive starts is two times under cold normal temperature, with an interval of 5 minutes each time. The maximum number of starts is one time under hot state at rated operating temperature. If the first start fails under cold normal temperature, start the second time after 5 minutes. If the motor still fails to start successfully, find out the cause and wait 25 minutes before starting the third time. If it still fails to start, do not start again. Be sure to find out the cause and eliminate the fault before starting.
