Q46F four-way ball valve
I. Introduction:
The manual part of the Q46F type four-way ball valve can use a steel plate-pressed handle or a stainless steel cast handle. The handle is equipped with a limiting structure to set limits at the open and closed positions of the valve. When the valve is used in key equipment, the limiting block is provided with a lock hole to lock the switch position and prevent misoperation. The handle is clearly marked with "open" and "close". The valve stem is integrally forged from A182F (1Cr13) and undergoes tempering treatment, with a hardness reaching HB220 to 250. The valve stem is connected to the handle via a flat key, spline, or square key, offering strong versatility. The valve stem is designed with a blowout-proof structure. The packing of the Q46F four-way ball valve is made of braided flexible graphite sealing rings or polytetrafluoroethylene sealing rings, enabling reliable sealing of the valve stem under proper lubrication.
II. Structural Features:
1. Small fluid resistance: The connecting pipe section between the ball and the valve body is equal, and the ball channel adopts an arc connection, resulting in low fluid resistance when the medium passes through the ball.
2. Excellent sealing performance: The valve seat is made of PTFE material with certain elastic deformation and high strength, achieving good sealing performance and ensuring the stability of the valve.
3. Long service life: The valve core and neck material of the valve are austenitic stainless steel, and the valve seat material is PTFE, which provides good corrosion resistance and extends the service life of the valve.

IV. Working Principle:
1. The manual part can use a steel plate-pressed handle or a stainless steel cast handle. The handle is equipped with a limiting structure to set limits at the open and closed positions of the valve. When the valve is used in key equipment, the limiting block is provided with a lock hole to lock the switch position and prevent misoperation. The handle is clearly marked with "open" and "close".
3. The packing of the valve is made of braided flexible graphite sealing rings or polytetrafluoroethylene sealing rings, enabling reliable sealing of the valve stem under proper lubrication.
4. As required, the ball valve can be designed with an anti-static structure. Conductive springs are installed between the ball and the valve stem, and between the valve stem and the valve body to prevent static sparks from igniting flammable substances and ensure system safety.
5. The sealing pairs have various forms. Soft sealing, hard sealing, fire-resistant valve seats, and other structures can be selected according to different working conditions; the floating ball form is used for DN less than 150, and the fixed ball form is used for DN less than 200.
6. An auxiliary sealing structure can be provided at the valve seat of the ball valve. A grease injection valve is installed at the valve seat and the valve stem for temporary sealing in emergency situations, and the valve stem can be lengthened as needed to adapt to buried laying environments.
