Uses and Characteristics:
Pure product is a colorless transparent oily liquid, generally existing as a 25~50% aqueous solution. It has a slightly irritating, special odor similar to spoiled fruit; easily soluble in water (miscible). Mainly used as a leather tanning agent, bactericidal preservative, and protein fixative. Specifically applied in leather manufacturing, industrial water treatment, papermaking, oil fields, and other fields.
