Application: DPGDB is a special environmentally friendly plasticizer
This product is fully certified by the EU, the United States, and Japan, and can completely replace DINP, DIDP, DNOP, DBP, and BBP. It is an excellent solvent for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and can be widely used in various soft PVC applications, such as flooring, wallpaper, fiber coatings, films, and sheets. In polyvinyl acetate adhesives, it provides good initial viscosity, viscosity stability, enhances wet adhesion, accelerates drying speed, allows adjustment of open time, and improves the coating spreadability of adhesives. It has good compatibility with various resins, including polysulfide rubber, polyurethane, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), castable polyurethane, acrylic resin, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), ethyl cellulose, and cellulose acetate butyrate.
DPGDB, when compounded with DEDB, also serves as a special environmentally friendly plasticizer. It is a primary plasticizer with strong solvency, suitable for various resin systems. As a non-phthalate fast-plasticizing plasticizer, it significantly improves gelation and foaming properties compared to ordinary dialkyl phthalate plasticizers. It is particularly recommended for use in polyvinyl acetate (PVA) and water-based adhesives to accelerate drying speed, extend open time, and enhance adhesion and flexibility. Santicizer 9120 is also very suitable for sealants, hot melt adhesives, and coatings. Santicizer 9120 has good compatibility with various resins, including PVC, polysulfide rubber, polyurethane, EVA, acrylic resin, ethyl cellulose, and cellulose acetate butyrate.
This product can be used as a plasticizer for resins such as polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, and polyurethane. It has strong solvency, good compatibility, low volatility, and excellent durability, oil resistance, and stain resistance. It is commonly used in highly filled PVC flooring
materials and extruded plastics to improve processability, reduce processing temperature, and shorten processing cycles. When used in unfilled films, sheets, and pipes, it provides good transparency and surface gloss to the products. |
