Below is a detailed introduction to them: Aerated Panels • Structural Composition: Composed of aerated panels sintered from silicon carbide particles, a casing, connecting flanges, rubber sealing rings, etc. Among them, the aerated panel is the core component, featuring good air permeability and wear resistance, while the casing is made of steel structure. • Working Principle: During discharge, connect the heated compressed air, which is introduced through the bottom nozzle of the aerated panel device, and evenly penetrates into the material layer through the aerated panel, loosening the materials in the hopper and fully fluidizing them. This enhances the fluidity of the materials, prevents the materials from forming "arches" or "bridges" in the hopper, and ensures smooth discharge. • Technical Parameters: Taking the common silicon carbide aerated panel as an example, its porosity is 37.9%, density is 2.22g/cm³, compressive strength is 67.7MPa, flexural strength is 27.3MPa, material is SiC, air permeability is 0.8m³/m²·min, and temperature resistance is above 400℃. • Installation Location: Mainly used at the bottom of cone-bottom ash silos and ash hoppers. Aerated Chutes • Structural Features: Mainly formed by molding silicon carbide aerated panels and metal casings, with an aeration chamber formed inside. The gaps between aerated panels are sealed with high-temperature-resistant silicone rubber. The chute body is formed in one piece using a molding process, ensuring airtight sealing of the casing and connections, and the bottom plate and flange connection surfaces are smooth and flat. • Working Principle: Similar to aerated panels, compressed air is introduced through the bottom or side nozzle of the device, evenly penetrating into the material layer through the aerated panels, loosening and fully fluidizing the materials in the hopper, preventing unsmooth discharge or blockage of materials, and ensuring continuous, stable, and safe operation of production. • Installation Layout: Used at the bottom of flat-bottom ash silos, evenly arranged on the bottom. The inclination angle from the edge of the silo to the discharge port is not less than 6°, and the layout area is not less than 15% of the bottom area of the silo. When there are 2 ash discharge holes at the bottom of the silo with a spacing of ≥1.8m, two inclined chutes with opposite slopes should be arranged between the two holes to supply materials to the two ash discharge holes. • Relationship with Aerated Panels: Aerated chutes can be regarded as an aeration device composed of multiple aerated panels. Aerated panels are important components of aerated chutes. Both serve to fluidize powdered materials, differing only in structural form and application scenarios.
