I. Introduction to LQRY Heat-Conducting Oil Pumps
The LQRY air-cooled heat-conducting oil pump adopts a self-heating cooling system, which does not require water to cool the pump body. It features a simplified structure, smaller volume, lower operating cost and reliable performance, so it is widely used in various occasions for conveying high-temperature liquids. Since the heat-conducting oil pump is used to convey high-temperature liquids, very high requirements are placed on the corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance of its seals and bearings. Both mechanical seals and packing seals have good thermal adaptability, and the mechanical seals are made of hard alloy materials. The parts of the heat-conducting oil pumps produced by our company undergo high-temperature heat treatment, enabling long-term stable operation at high temperatures without leakage, no additional cooling system, and reliable use. They have been widely used in heat carrier heating systems and have entered various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, rubber, plastics, pharmaceuticals, textiles, printing and dyeing, road construction, and food. They are mainly used to convey weakly corrosive high-temperature liquids with a temperature ≤ 370°C and no solid particles.

The basic structural form of the LQRY air-cooled heat-conducting oil pump is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered foot-supported structure. The pump has an axial inlet and a central vertical upward outlet, and is installed on the same base as the motor. The support adopts a double-end ball bearing structure, with the front end lubricated by lubricating oil and the rear end by grease. An oil guide pipe is installed in the middle to observe the sealing condition and recover heat-conducting oil at any time. The self-heating cooling structure is adopted, which changes the traditional water-cooling structure, making the structure simple, small in volume, saving operating costs, with good performance and reliable use. A combination of packing seal and mechanical seal is used. The packing seal uses high-temperature-resistant packing with good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses hard alloy materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, ensuring the sealing performance at high temperatures. The third-generation polytetrafluoroethylene (abbreviated as PTFE) is used as the lip seal, which improves the sealing performance and corrosion resistance.
