Product Description: What is the working process of a steam generator?      The working process of the steam generator is as follows: The feed water is heated by industrial steam in the first-effect preheater, then enters and is further heated by the condensate from industrial steam in the second-effect preheater; it then enters the top of the evaporator through a water distribution device, evenly flowing into the evaporation tubes, forming a thin film of water flow inside the tubes; due to its thinness, this water flow evaporates quickly, generating secondary steam; the unevaporated feed water is discharged out of the system. The evaporated feed water, now secondary steam, continues to spiral upward within the steam generator, passes through a steam-water separation device, and is output as pure steam from the pure steam outlet. The industrial steam, after transferring heat to the feed water in the evaporator, condenses into industrial steam condensate, which serves as the heating source for the preheater. The preheated feed water is finally discharged from the non-condensable vent of the preheater. A small amount of pure steam is collected by the condensate sampler, where it exchanges heat with cooling water, condensing into distilled water; through online conductivity detection, the purity of the steam is determined.      The secondary steam converted from feed water is clean steam, undergoing three separation stages: upon initial entry into the evaporator, it flows downward along the tubes while evaporating, which is the first separation; the evaporated feed water (secondary steam) makes a 180-degree turn at the lower end of the evaporator, where impurities are separated downward by gravity, constituting the second separation; the evaporated feed water, i.e., the secondary steam, continues to spiral upward within the steam generator to a specialized separation device in the mid-upper section, where the third separation occurs.      In the feed water, there is a portion of gas that cannot condense into water, known as non-condensable gas. Depending on the level of automation control, a continuous venting device for non-condensable gases is installed at the top of the evaporator to discharge this portion of gas. more>
