Made from cold-rolled steel plates: The enclosure dimensions are 12000mm × 9000mm × 3000mm (customizable). The main columns and beam framework are constructed from rectangular section steel, connected with high-strength bolts, and assembled in a modular structure. The design of the main columns and beam framework must avoid the bearing seats of the steam turbine generator set to prevent interference with bearing maintenance. The four walls are assembled from steel structure soundproof acoustic panels, with the outer layer made of cold-rolled steel plates no less than 1.5mm thick and the inner layer made of 1.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plates.8. The steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel include 4 soundproof doors with observation windows. The doors must open smoothly and close tightly.9. The lower part of the four walls must have an appropriate number of air inlets (soundproof ventilation openings, with area determined by the bidder).10. The top of the enclosure is made from perforated plates and is equipped with lifting rings for hoisting. Six low-noise fans are installed for forced exhaust and heat dissipation. The interior is equipped with a full set of LED lighting facilities to facilitate inspections by personnel inside the cosmetic panel enclosure.11. The internal space and door positions of the steam turbine enclosure, steam turbine soundproof (silencing) enclosure, insulation enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must be reasonably designed to ensure that cosmetic panel components do not contact the equipment.12. The enclosure must be easy to disassemble and assemble, with reasonably placed lifting rings and holes.
