This not only greatly increases the damage to the tools, but also reduces the precision of the workpiece surface, interferes with the working environment that is beneficial to the physical and mental health of workers, and leads to environmental pollution problems such as air pollution, water resource pollution, and land pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to purify and treat the cutting waste liquid to extend the service life of the cutting fluid.

The cutting fluid of each grinding machine in the grinding section of the electrode workshop is usually a single cycle. After using the cutting fluid for a period of time, there are sand grains from the grinding wheel and metal tungsten grains in the liquid. When the workpiece surface is polished, these grains will cause defects and interfere with the surface quality. At the same time, the cutting fluid must be removed and replaced in time. The rough grinding is disassembled and replaced every 5 days, and the fine grinding is disassembled and replaced every 3 days. The production cost is high and it causes environmental pollution, so large and medium-sized processing plants strongly recommend adopting the centralized filtration method. The centralized filtration system is the development trend of modern wet processing filtration.
