Product Description: The GW9-10 disconnector is a single-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage switching equipment with a rated voltage of 10kV. This equipment is mainly used for power supply isolation or line switching when there is voltage and no load in a 10kV power system. The open state has visible disconnection marks and reliable insulation distance. The products are divided into ordinary type and anti-pollution type (GW9-10W), with current specifications ranging from 200A to 1250A. The performance conforms to the national standard GB1985—89. Each phase consists of a base, post insulator, knife switch and contacts. The knife switch is equipped with contact pressure adjustment screws, compression springs and a self-locking device, and has an improved structure with large contact area, low contact resistance and high mechanical strength. The applicable environment includes an altitude of ≤1000 meters and a temperature range of -40℃ to +40℃. The ordinary type is suitable for conventional environments, and the anti-pollution type is suitable for heavily polluted areas. During operation, the sequence of closing the disconnector first and then the circuit breaker, and breaking the circuit breaker first and then the disconnector must be followed, and the load current cannot be cut off directly.
1) After opening the gate, a reliable insulation gap is established, and the equipment or line to be overhauled is separated from the power supply by an obvious disconnection point to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel and equipment.
2) Switch the line according to operation requirements.
3) It can be used to break and close small currents in the line, such as the charging current of bushings, busbars, connectors and short cables, the capacitive current of the switch grading capacitor, the circulating current when switching double busbars, and the excitation current of voltage transformers, etc.
4) According to the specific conditions of different structural types, it can be used to break and close the no-load excitation current of transformers with a certain capacity.
High-voltage disconnectors can be divided into outdoor high-voltage disconnectors and indoor high-voltage disconnectors according to their different installation methods. Outdoor high-voltage disconnectors refer to high-voltage disconnectors that can withstand wind, rain, snow, pollution, condensation, ice and heavy frost, and are suitable for installation on balconies. According to the different structures of their insulating pillars, they can be divided into single-column disconnectors, double-column disconnectors and three-column disconnectors. Among them, the single-column knife switch directly uses the vertical space under the overhead busbar as the electrical insulation of the fracture, so it has the obvious advantage of saving floor space, reducing the number of lead-in wires, and the opening and closing states are particularly clear. In the case of ultra-high voltage power transmission, the effect of saving floor space is more significant after the substation adopts the single-column knife switch.
The GW9-10 disconnector is a single-pole disconnector with a single fracture and vertically opening structure. The post insulators are installed on their respective bases, and are mainly composed of a base, post insulators, main conductive circuit parts, a self-locking device and so on. The knife switch structure is used for opening and closing to cut off and close the line. Each phase of the knife switch is composed of two conductive blades, and compression springs are installed on both sides of the blades. Adjusting the height of the springs can obtain the required contact pressure for the switch knife switch. When the switch is opened and closed, the operating mechanism part is operated with an insulating hook rod, and the knife switch has a self-locking device. The disconnector is operated with an insulating hook rod during opening and closing. The insulating hook rod buckles the lock hook of the disconnector, pulls the lock hook toward the opening direction, and after unlocking the self-locking device, drives the connected conductive plate to rotate to realize the opening action; when closing, the insulating hook rod pushes against the lock hook of the disconnector to drive the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the connected conductive plate rotates to the closing position, and at this time the self-locking device locks the disconnector in the closing position.
