Before we know it, the whole morning has passed. The pressure of sales volume is self-evident to us. We must keep persevering. Only in this way can we convince ourselves. After all, we have families to support. Therefore, we cannot slack off. We must stay motivated from time to time and strive for ourselves again. Today, let's talk about the YS6322 three-phase asynchronous motor. This motor is surely familiar to everyone. It can be equipped with mechanical and electrical equipment such as pulleys and fans, and is a commonly used motor. It uses copper wire, so everyone can rest assured. Both before and during production, continuous inspections are conducted to ensure that every motor leaving the factory is a qualified product, fulfilling our responsibilities to our customers' production. If you also need such a motor, please pick up the phone and contact us immediately!
Installation and commissioning of YS6322 three-phase asynchronous motor
1. Receipt and handling: Refer to the outline drawing and packing list to confirm the items received and check whether the goods are complete. Medium and large-sized motors are often equipped with rotor fixing devices to prevent axial displacement of the rotor. When moving the entire motor, the rotor fixing device must be installed. If the fixing device is not installed, axial movement may occur, leading to bearing damage.
2. General storage: The motor should be stored in a clean and dry place and covered. If stored in a cold, humid place or where it is subject to drastic temperature changes, the winding temperature of the motor should be kept 5℃ higher than the ambient temperature to prevent condensation and moisture absorption.
3. Temporary storage: Even if the motor is not installed immediately after arrival, it should be uncrated for inspection and stored in a clean, dry room with minimal temperature changes.
General instructions: When placing the motor on the base or floor, it should be positioned as close as possible to its final alignment position.
The rotor of the YS6322 three-phase asynchronous motor should be placed at the magnetic center position or the midpoint of the rotor's axial movement (mechanical center). If the position of the magnetic center cannot be determined or there is no marking for it, place the rotor at the mechanical center. Special attention should be paid to certain situations: the shaft of the driving equipment undergoes thermal expansion. Although the motor is installed at the magnetic center position at room temperature, if this expansion causes axial displacement of the rotor under normal operation, it must be ensured that the motor rotor is always aligned at the magnetic center during thermal movement. That is to say, when installing the motor at room temperature, the stator should be moved a small distance away from the driven equipment, with the value equal to the expansion of the driven equipment's shaft between the rated operating temperature and the installation room temperature. This value should be provided by the manufacturer of the driven equipment, to prevent the motor shaft from being damaged due to thrust.
When the positioning of the YS6322 three-phase asynchronous motor meets the requirements for axial movement, install and tighten the anchor bolts. Then check whether the motor is aligned in terms of angle and position. Angle alignment is done by measuring the clearance of the coupling plane, using a feeler gauge to measure at the top, bottom, and both sides of the coupling. All readings should be taken at the same radius from the shaft center, and at the largest possible diameter position. Then rotate both shafts (the motor and the driven equipment) together by 180° and 90° for measurement, to ensure accurate verification of the angular relationship between the axes without being affected by any protruding axial positions. Special note: Although flexible couplings allow a considerable amount of axis misalignment, even a misalignment of a few thousandths of a millimeter can introduce huge vibration forces into the system. To achieve the longest bearing life and minimal vibration, try to align the unit center and verify the alignment under thermal conditions.
It is recommended that after the final alignment of the center position, dowel pins should be driven into the base or frame through the anchor bolts. This will ensure that if the motor is moved from its installation position for any reason, the center will be difficult to align and easy to reinstall.
The YS6322 three-phase asynchronous motor is adjusted to a flat state, which can be done by aligning the mark on the bearing with the pointer of the adjustment device. Then firmly connect the coupling to the shaft, so that the motor can ensure that the magnetic center remains basically stable during operation, reducing various adverse effects on the motor itself or the main engine caused by excessive deviation of the magnetic center.
For pedestal bearing dowel pins, non-insulating steel pins are installed at the factory. Users should replace them with insulating pins before operation to prevent shaft current (insulating pins are provided at the factory). Confirm that all installation or maintenance work is completed, and check the foundation anchor bolts and dowel pins to ensure they are in place and tightened.
Inspection and maintenance
To ensure continuous safe and reliable operation, it is recommended to formulate a maintenance plan according to the following guidelines, identify problems, and prevent failures from expanding.
Regularly check the lubrication system, including the oil level of all oil sight glasses. Observe the rotation of the oil ring through the oil sight glass. If oil leakage is found, find the root cause and repair it. Monitor the discoloration and pollution of the lubricating oil, pay attention to any noise or vibration that is excessive or suddenly increases, check them promptly, and regularly check the bearing temperature during operation.
If the motor is not used for more than one month at the work site and remains on the foundation while connected to the driven machinery, it is recommended to follow these provisions: 1. Drain the stored oil and replace it with clean rust-preventive oil (grease-lubricated rolling bearings do not need to follow this provision). Rotate the shaft several times. If it is in a humid place where condensation may occur, the interval should be shorter.
Turn on the space heater and check it regularly to ensure it is working. If the motor has no space heater, place a digital incandescent lamp inside the motor and turn it on to keep the internal temperature higher than the external temperature.
Apply rust-preventive oil to all exposed metal surfaces installed outdoors.
Before restarting the YS6322 three-phase asynchronous motor, remove the rust-preventive coating from the surface, drain the stored oil, and inject clean working oil into the oil chamber to the specified oil level. Remove all temporary heating devices installed inside the motor and conduct an initial startup check.
