Product Introduction:

LargeElectric HeatingStainless Steel Mixing Tank uses the centrifugal force generated by a high-speed, high-rotor to throw materials radially into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor. Meanwhile, the materials are subjected to centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces, so as to achieve dispersion, mixing and emulsification. This machine has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy operation, low noise and smooth operation. Its most prominent feature is that it does not grind the medium in the production process, integrating high-speed shearing, dispersion, homogenization, mixing and crushing into one. The emulsification tank is widely used in various industries, which can mix and emulsify materials, thus improving production efficiency and material quality.

The dispersion and mixing system designed for complex working conditions is equipped with a stirring system, homogenization system, heating system, vacuum pressure system, temperature and pressure sensing system and online detection system. It can be used for research and production of creams, chemical synthesis reactions, and high-viscosity material mixing. Both experimental and production models are available, and personalized customization is also provided.

Working Principle:

The intermittent vacuum emulsifier refers to that under vacuum condition, a high-shear emulsifier is used to quickly and uniformly distribute one or more phases of materials into another continuous phase. It uses the strong kinetic energy brought by machinery to make the materials bear hundreds of thousands of hydraulic shears per minute in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor. Through the combined effects of centrifugal extrusion, impact, tearing and so on, the materials are uniformly dispersed and emulsified instantly. After high-frequency circulation, high-quality products with fine texture and stability without bubbles are finally obtained.

4》The inner wall of the kettle body is finely processed by a large vertical lathe, ensuring that the movable scraper can scrape off the materials on the inner wall and bottom of the kettle when rotating.

5》Another set of high-speed disperser in the kettle body enables various materials to be subjected to strong shearing, dispersion and mixing.

6》The stirring paddle in the kettle body and the high-speed disperser both adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, and different rotating speeds can be selected according to different processes and viscosities.

Equipment Parameters:

It consists of a tank body, a stirring device and an intermittent high-shear emulsifier. The slow-speed stirrer is composed of a middle folded-blade paddle stirrer and a frame-type stirrer capable of mixing high-viscosity materials. Scrapers for wall scraping are installed around the frame-type stirrer. The function of the scrapers is to continuously generate new interfaces between the inner wall of the container and the materials, leaving no dead corners. The high-speed homogenizing emulsifier is composed of a high-speed rotating impeller and a stator with radial diversion grooves. The upper and lower blades of the specially designed impeller rotate at high speed, so as to suck materials from the upper and lower parts of the impeller at high pressure, and then throw them out at high speed by centrifugal force through the impeller. Due to the small gap between the impeller and the stator, the materials undergo a series of complex physical reactions such as strong shearing, extrusion, mixing, spraying and high-frequency oscillation during the suction and ejection process, thus fully emulsifying the mixed materials. Since the slow-speed stirring continuously rotates counterclockwise at the same speed, the materials in the entire container are finally circulated from top to bottom for mixing, dispersion, homogenization and emulsification.
