Whether it is the diameter range of 20-120mm for round pipes or the specification of 20*20-120*120mm for square pipes, it can easily handle them and meet diverse processing needs. In terms of loading length, the conventional range of 5500-6500mm can adapt to the processing of most long pipes, so that pipes of different lengths can be loaded. The 1.5T silo loading capacity can store a large number of pipes at one time, reducing the trouble of frequent loading and improving processing continuity. Most importantly, the fast loading beat of 20s greatly shortens the loading time and improves the overall production efficiency.

Auxiliary loading system

The V12 semi-automatic loading system can easily handle various types of pipes such as round pipes, square pipes, rectangular pipes, runway pipes, elliptical pipes, sector pipes and D-shaped pipes in terms of pipe adaptability, meeting the processing needs of pipes of different shapes. The loading range is wide: the diameter of round pipes ranges from 8mm to 120mm, and the size of square pipes ranges from 8*8mm to 120*120mm, which can adapt to materials of various specifications. In terms of loading length, the conventional length can reach 5500-6500mm, and the length can be flexibly adjusted to 3000-3500mm through the moving baffle, adapting to the requirements of different processing scenarios for material length. Dual-chuck zero tail material

The dual-chuck zero tail material technology of the V12 series controls the movement of the front chuck through servo drive to realize the cutting of the last section of finished material, which can make the material utilization rate close to 100%. It has fast servo response and accurate positioning, reduces the labor intensity, and is as good as a three-chuck system without actually using three chucks.

Inner wall slag removal function

The V12 series can be optionally equipped with an inner wall slag removal system, which uses an intelligent inner wall slag removal device to remove the cutting residual slag.
