The KCB-200 gear oil pump is suitable for conveying various types of oil, such as heavy oil, engine oil, and lubricating oil. When equipped with copper gears, it can convey liquids with low flash points, such as gasoline and diesel, hence it is called a gear oil pump. Stainless steel gear pumps can convey beverages and corrosive liquids. It is not suitable for liquids containing hard particles or fibers, and the applicable viscosity ranges from 5×10⁻⁵ to 1.5×10³ m²/s. The temperature should not exceed 70℃; if you need to convey high-temperature liquids, please use a high-temperature-resistant oil pump, which can convey liquids below 300℃.

II. Features of the KCB-200 Gear Oil Pump

1. Simple and compact structure, easy to use and maintain.

2. Has good self-priming performance, so there is no need to fill liquid before starting the pump each time.

3. Lubrication is automatically achieved by the conveyed liquid, so no additional lubricant is required during daily operation.

4. Using an elastic coupling to transmit power can compensate for minor deviations caused during installation. It can provide good buffering when the oil pump is subjected to unavoidable hydraulic shocks during operation.

III. Working Principle of the KCB-200 Gear Oil Pump

A pair of rotating gears is installed in the KCB-200 gear oil pump body, one is driving and the other is driven. Through the mutual meshing of the two gears, the entire working cavity inside the pump is divided into two parts: A is the suction cavity, and B is the discharge cavity. When the pump operates, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate. When the gears disengage from meshing, a partial vacuum is formed on the suction side A, and liquid is sucked in. The sucked liquid fills each tooth groove of the gears and is carried to the discharge side B. When the gears enter meshing, the liquid is squeezed out, forming high-pressure liquid which is then discharged out of the pump through the pump's discharge port.
