Description
Additional Information

The KCB-200 gear oil pump is suitable for conveying various oils, such as heavy oil, engine oil and lubricating oil. It can be used to transport low-flash point liquids like gasoline and diesel when equipped with copper gears, hence the name gear oil pump. The stainless steel gear pump can convey beverages and corrosive liquids. It is not suitable for liquids containing hard particles or fibers, and the applicable viscosity range is 5×10^-5 to 1.5×10^3 m²/s. The applicable temperature is below 70℃. If you need to transport high-temperature liquids, please use high-temperature resistant oil pumps, which can convey liquids below 300℃.

II. Features of KCB-200 gear oil pump

1. Simple and compact structure, easy to use and maintain.

2. It has good self-priming performance, so there is no need to pour liquid before starting the pump each time.

3. Lubrication is automatically achieved by the conveyed liquid, so there is no need to add additional lubricating fluid during daily operation.

4. The use of an elastic coupling to transmit power can compensate for the slight deviation caused during installation. It can play a good buffering role when encountering unavoidable hydraulic shocks during the operation of the oil pump.

III. Working principle of KCB-200 gear oil transfer pump

A pair of rotating gears, one driving and one driven, are installed in the KCB-200 gear oil pump body. Relying on the mutual meshing of the two gears, the entire working chamber inside the pump is divided into two parts. A is the suction chamber, and B is the discharge chamber. When the pump is running, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate. When the teeth disengage from the meshing, a partial vacuum is formed on the suction side A, and the liquid is sucked in. The sucked liquid fills each tooth space of the gears and is brought to the discharge side B. When the gears enter meshing, the liquid is squeezed out, forming high-pressure liquid which is discharged out of the pump through the pump's discharge port.
