The World Cup has kicked off these days. Although we're not participating, we're still deeply involved, just on the sidelines. It's great that everyone who can participate is here, but there are differences in the level of competition. The strong teams remain strong. I hope they can work hard, and one day, our figures will be on the field. That would be a real celebration. Those who understand get it. We don't need to overthink it. Today, we introduce the YS6314 three-phase asynchronous motor, a 120W, 1400 rpm, 380V electromechanical product. It has three installation dimensions: vertical, horizontal, and vertical-horizontal. Customers can choose according to their own needs. If your old product is being selected, you also need to pay attention to the shaft selection. There is another type of shaft with the same installation dimensions. Therefore, it is necessary to consult clearly during the selection process so as not to delay your use. If you have any needs, you can contact us, and we will wholeheartedly provide you with thoughtful service.
Motor Overview
The power rating, installation dimensions, and electrical performance indicators of three-phase asynchronous motors all meet relevant technical standards formulated by the state or the enterprise standards of our company.

YS6314 three-phase asynchronous motor features high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, small vibration, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. It is suitable for various general-purpose machinery, such as fans, compressors, water pumps, mills, and crushers, as a prime mover.
Transportation
The following protective measures will be taken before the motor is shipped from the factory. Whenever the motor is relocated to a new use site or moved, the same protective measures as the factory state shall be taken:
For motors with sliding bearing structures, the rotating shaft and bearings are equipped with transportation fixing devices.
For sliding bearings: Flush all sliding bearings with lubricating oil and drain the lubricating oil. All oil inlets, oil outlets, and oil pipes shall be plugged with plugs to achieve good corrosion prevention.
For air-water coolers: Drain the air-water cooler and plug the inlet and outlet of the cooler with plugs.
The machined metal surfaces (such as the shaft extension end) are coated with anti-corrosion coatings for corrosion prevention.
During transportation and storage, the motor shall ensure that the packaging box is not damaged or damp, and shall not be stacked to prevent tipping during transportation. Disassembly and assembly for transportation are not allowed (except for other transportation agreements).
Lifting YS6314 three-phase asynchronous motor

Before lifting the motor, please ensure that suitable lifting equipment is available and the operators are familiar with lifting operations. The equipment weight is indicated on the nameplate, dimension drawing, or packing list.
Note: Please lift the entire equipment using only the lifting rings or eyes dedicated for lifting. Do not use any other small lifting rings or eyes on the equipment, so as not to cause damage to the motor.
Note: Before lifting, please check whether the lifting ring bolts and lifting rings on the equipment frame are intact. If the lifting rings are damaged, they cannot be used.
Note: For small motors equipped with lifting ring bolts, the lifting ring bolts must be tightened before lifting.
Unpacking
Unpack the motor after delivery and before installation, remove surface dust and dirt, and expose the original coating and surface (such as the shaft extension) and rust stains. If there is still rust after wiping with kerosene or gasoline, you can gently wipe it with No. 0 fine sandpaper with oil.
Storage
If the motor is not installed immediately after arriving at the owner's site, it shall also be unpacked, cleaned, and inspected as above, and the exposed metal surfaces shall be re-coated with sealing materials such as anti-rust oil. After inspection and coating, the motor shall be re-packed and sealed in a clean place, and stored in a warehouse. The warehouse shall have dry air, good ventilation, and an ambient temperature that is always maintained between 5℃ and 40℃. It shall have protection measures such as moisture prevention, dust prevention, and insect prevention. The motor shall not be stacked to prevent tipping, and necessary anti-rust protection measures shall be taken for the motor shaft extension, slip ring, and exposed fasteners. Every six months, the motor shall be unpacked for inspection to check whether the temporary coating has deteriorated, so as to improve the storage conditions in time.
Installation
During installation, YS6314 three-phase asynchronous motorthe rotating shaft must be horizontal (except for vertical motors), ensuring that the center line of the motor shaft is concentric with the center line of the driven mechanical shaft.

YS6314 three-phase asynchronous motor shaft extension is not allowed to bear additional axial loads and radial loads other than the coupling (except for special motors). When using an elastic coupling for connection, an appropriate gap shall be left between the couplings.
When using sliding bearings, the distance between the motor shaft extension step and the bearing outer cover shall be determined according to the data on the magnetic center indicator. When the motor is connected to the driven machinery by an elastic coupling, the driven machinery shall have an axial limit device, and its axial runout shall be < 2mm or according to the technical agreement).
Note: Before rotating the sliding bearing, lubricating oil must be added.
Wiring
Verify whether the nameplate data matches the power supply connected to the motor. The power supply cable specification shall be selected according to the voltage level, current size, and power supply distance to ensure power supply safety.
The stator is connected in Y or A as specified on the nameplate. The three terminals K, L, M of the wound rotor are connected to the frequency-sensitive rheostat or other starting resistors, and the wiring must be firm and reliable.
After wiring, remove debris from the junction box and the motor. Re-tighten all fasteners, and the grounding wire must be firm and reliable.
Check whether the creepage distance (minimum air gap) of the exposed conductors meets the requirements, whether the porcelain insulators of the motor terminals and the rotor terminals are loose, and whether the grounding of the base and the junction box is firm.
The external forced air cooler is equipped with a small ventilator. When wiring, verify that it matches the voltage and connection method on the motor nameplate.
