Jet Flow Homogenizing Dispersing Emulsifier
Product Introduction:
The Jet Flow Homogenizing Dispersing Emulsifier is developed based on ordinary high-shear emulsifiers combined with axial flow requirements. Its unique stirring head structure integrates four functions: dispersion, dissolution, emulsification, and pulverization, which can effectively solve mixing problems for you. The precise fit between the rotor and stator ensures that the processed material undergoes hundreds of thousands of high-speed shears per minute. The change in blade angle achieves dual effects of radial flow and axial flow. Stator head forms such as straight slots, inclined slots, and mesh holes expand the scope of application. It is widely used in light industry and chemical industries such as daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, textiles, printing and dyeing, and coatings.
The gap-type Jet Flow Emulsifier can be installed on a mobile frame, lifting frame, reaction kettle, or other containers as needed to meet different production process requirements. Stator heads of different shapes have different emulsification, dispersion, and mixing effects. According to actual working conditions, different types of stator heads can be selected to meet the needs of different processes.
Working Principle:
The blades of the Jet Flow rotor have an oblique angle with the axis, so when rotating at high speed, they generate both radial centrifugal force and axial thrust on the fluid. When combined with the stator, it forms a radial shear, dispersion, and emulsification effect. At the same time, the axial flow enhances the large circulation of the fluid in the kettle, effectively eliminating the "unevenness or blind spots" in the initial stage of emulsification and dispersion. When the viscosity is medium to low and the power is sufficient, the anchor paddle auxiliary stirring can be omitted, saving equipment investment.

Stator Hole Forms Include:
Features of the perforated slot diversion stator: It has both radial shear, emulsification, homogenization, and dispersion effects, as well as axial jet function, which is an organic combination of local micro and overall macro effects.
1. Mesh hole (best fineness, suitable for low-viscosity materials);
2. Straight slot (good fineness, suitable for medium-low viscosity materials);
3. Inclined slot (good fineness, suitable for medium-low viscosity materials, with minimal radial flow pulsation);
4. Large hole (slightly poorer fineness, suitable for high-viscosity materials) and other forms.
Working Heads with Different Functions:
Features of the non-perforated slot diversion stator: Single axial flow, no shear force generated, ensuring energy concentration and generating strong jet flow. It is suitable for working conditions where mixing, dispersion, dissolution, suspension, reaction acceleration, and no further fineness requirements are needed.
The liquid flow has no vortex, no sediment at the bottom of the container, can protect particle integrity, has low air infiltration, and is more efficient and easier to prepare suspensions.
Mobile Jet Flow Emulsifier:
Suitable for simple operations in multiple open containers. It can independently complete processes such as mixing, emulsification, homogenization, pulverization, and reaction in different containers. Thorough cleaning can be done during the interval of each batch of material processing. The processing capacity per batch ranges from 15 liters to 20,000 liters, and the power ranges from 1.1KW to 75KW.
The mobile emulsifier has the ability to work in different environments, so its application range is extremely wide. It integrates new scientific and technological achievements in a timely manner based on traditional models and has made many humanized adjustments:
1. The mobile frame is equipped with caster brakes, making the machine run more stably and safely;
2. Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric lifting, with various forms;
3. Special sliding bearings can be selected, which are acid-resistant, wear-resistant, and have a longer service life;
4. Wear-resistant shaft sleeves can be selected to protect the main shaft and reduce maintenance costs;
5. Dispersion wheels can be selected to improve the comprehensive emulsification and dispersion ability;
6. Long holes, round holes, mesh holes, straight slots, and inclined slots can be selected;
7. Explosion-proof motors, variable-frequency motors, frequency converters, and electric control boxes can be matched;
8. Industrial high-speed Jet Flow Emulsifiers that can operate beyond 50Hz can be customized.
Fixed Jet Flow Emulsifier:
Suitable for fixed operations on a single container, and can also independently complete various different processes.
Containers are divided into atmospheric pressure and pressure-bearing types, and coil and jacket heating forms are equipped according to different process requirements.
In addition to the ordinary type, fixed Jet Flow Emulsifiers also have other forms:
1) Fixed emulsifiers with oil seal, mechanical seal, water seal, and magnetic seal can meet various working conditions requiring sealing;
2) Emulsifiers with dispersion wheels, which are equipped with dispersion wheels below or above the shear rotor and stator to enhance the dispersion effect;
3) Wear-resistant rotors and stators, made of special alloy steel, are wear-resistant, acid-resistant, impact-resistant, and have a long service life.
Recommended Feeding Process:
When using a Jet Flow Emulsifier, the recommended material supply process is as follows:
① Add all components with the lowest viscosity to the container and start mixing.
② Add the remaining liquid or soluble components.
③ Add solids that require vigorous mechanical stirring or solids that require a certain period of chemical reaction.
④ Add the remaining solids, including solids used to build viscosity or stabilize the formula.
