The centralized cutting fluid supply and purification system can improve production efficiency, ensure the long-term stability of cutting fluid quality, and meet the needs of cutting and grinding processing. After each processing operation, the cutting fluid in the centralized supply system immediately enters the system for treatment. After removing various impurities and adjusting indicators, it is restored to the optimal performance of new cutting fluid for supply, thereby realizing non-replacement circulation and making the utilization rate of cutting fluid reach or exceed 95%. The centralized supply system is relative to the stand-alone system. The cutting fluid is centrally poured into a large pool through the centralized supply system, and then transported to various machine tool equipment through the liquid tank. By using the centralized supply system, the cutting fluid can be centralized, and regular sampling tests can be conducted on the cutting fluid in the large pool, which is convenient for testing its pH value, usage concentration, and whether there is putrefaction, thus eliminating the process of testing the cutting fluid for each stand-alone system.
Using the centralized supply system for cutting fluid, the cutting fluid can be centrally filtered and regenerated. The regeneration rate of cutting fluid after treatment with semiconductor inorganic membrane is about 90%, which removes metal debris and other impurities and miscellaneous oils in the cutting fluid, thereby extending the service life of the cutting fluid. The filtered cutting fluid can be recycled, reducing the cost of using cutting fluid, saving resources and protecting the environment. Its advantages are as follows:
