The centralized supply system is relative to the single-machine system. When using the centralized coolant supply system, all coolants used in the workshop processing are poured into a large water tank, and then transported to various machine tools through liquid tanks. With the centralized supply system, the coolant can be collected centrally, and regular sampling inspections can be conducted on the coolant in the large water tank, which is convenient for detecting its pH value, use concentration, and whether there is corruption. It saves the process of detecting the coolant of each single-machine system one by one.

When using the centralized coolant supply system, the coolant can be centrally filtered and regenerated. The regeneration rate of coolant treated by semiconductor inorganic membrane is about 90%, removing metal debris and other impurity oils in the coolant, and extending the service life of the coolant.
