With the centralized supply system, cutting fluids can be collected together, and regular sampling inspections can be conducted on the cutting fluid in the large water tank, which is convenient for detecting its pH value, use concentration, and whether there is corruption. It saves the process of inspecting the cutting fluid of each standalone machine one by one.

The regeneration rate of cutting fluid treated by semiconductor inorganic membrane is about 90%.
