The centralized supply system is relative to the single-machine system. When the cutting fluid uses the centralized supply system, all the cutting fluid used in the workshop processing is concentrated into a large pool, and the cutting fluid is transported to various machine tools through the liquid tank. With the centralized supply system, the cutting fluid can be concentrated, and regular sampling inspection of the cutting fluid in the large pool can be carried out, which is convenient for detecting its pH value, use concentration, and whether there is corruption. It saves the process of cutting fluid inspection for each single-machine system.

The centralized cutting fluid supply system can centrally filter and regenerate the cutting fluid. The regeneration rate of cutting fluid treated by semiconductor inorganic membrane is about 90%. It removes metal chips and other impurity oils in the cutting fluid, and prolongs the service life of the cutting fluid.
