6.Stable operation: The robot adopts programming control and operates stably. It has no unstable factors such as fatigue, misjudgment, or emotional fluctuations that may occur in manual sandblasting. The robot is equipped with an anti-collision device, which will automatically stop, reset, and trigger a system alarm in case of abnormal collisions.

7.High sandblasting precision: The robot has high sensitivity, stable operation, and a repeat path accuracy of up to 0.1mm, which is far beyond the reach of manual work. The surface quality of the workpiece after sandblasting is very ideal, with excellent cleanliness and roughness, and it can be directly painted or undergo other treatments. Appropriate sandblasting pressure, a suitable distance between the nozzle and the workpiece, and an accurate sandblasting angle will all directly affect the roughness and cleanliness. The sandblasting robot uses abrasives and air pressure suitable for the surface requirements of the workpiece. The distance and angle of the nozzle can be continuously adjusted to meet the customer's high-standard quality requirements.

8.Safety: Manual sandblasting is very arduous, dangerous, and harmful to health. Operators have to endure noise and dust, and their bodies are prone to overwork. When handling large equipment, they also need to use ladders and workbenches, making the work extremely dangerous. Operators need to wear heavy and suffocating protective gear to protect themselves from abrasives flying at a speed of 200 meters per second. Manual sandblasting often leads to accidents and work-related injuries, which often delays production. Fewer and fewer people are willing to do this physically demanding and dangerous work, resulting in frequent personnel turnover. The sandblasting robot can solve all the above problems. When operators manually control the robot, they sit in a humanized operation cabin with air conditioning and control the robot through a joystick. When the robot automatically cleans the workpiece, operators only need to monitor it in the control room outside the sandblasting room.

Process Requirements for Powder Coating Pretreatment:

Chemical pretreatment can be used, namely: degreasing → derusting → cleaning → phosphating (or passivation), etc. For most workpieces with severe rust or thick surface layers, mechanical methods such as sandblasting and shot blasting are used for derusting. However, after mechanical derusting, the workpiece surface must be kept clean and free of scale.

Puttying: Apply conductive putty according to the defect degree of the workpiece, and after drying, grind it smooth with sandpaper before proceeding to the next process.

Protection (also known as masking): If certain parts of the workpiece do not require a coating, they can be covered with protective glue before preheating to avoid being sprayed with paint.

Preheating: Generally, preheating is not required. If a thicker coating is required, the workpiece can be preheated to 100～160℃, which can increase the coating thickness.

Process Parameters for Powder Coating Pretreatment:

1. Customer's requirements for coating quality: Generally, we need to carefully analyze the overall quality of the samples or models provided by the customer.

2. Condition of the object to be coated: We need to conduct preliminary analysis on the green workpieces that the customer will produce, such as the properties of the material and the color absorption condition, as well as the requirements and key points for the surface treatment of the green workpieces before coating.

3. Confirm the coating system: Analyze the surface effect of the coating based on the samples, including confirming the type of paint, color system, gloss, etc.

4. Must consider the customer's existing conditions: The process we design must be based on the customer's existing conditions to ensure smooth implementation in their factory (such as equipment, construction environment, personnel quality, etc.).

5. Plan the coating process and conduct preliminary evaluation of the coating time period.

6. Calculate and evaluate the product cost.
